On Delfia Inducer bottles (2 kit lots), the label is placed too low preventing the Delfia Xpress instrument level sensor to detect the Delfia inducer liquid level. Because of that the instrument does not give an 'inducer bottle soon empty' warning at level where there is 4 ml Delfia inducer left (30 tests + 1 ml dead volume). This may cause the Delfia inducer to run out and this in turn may cause failed or false results. Recall start date: February 7, 2023
