A small number of Anker 535 Power Banks (PowerCore 20k) model A1366 may overheat, posing a fire hazard. As of February 13, 2023, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Anker 535 Power Bank and contact Anker customer support for a refund. For more information, consumers can visit the company website or contact Anker by telephone at 1 800-988-7973 Monday to Friday between 7 am and 5 pm PST, by email at support@anker.com or by live chat on the company website from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. PT. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
