Anji Guotai Office Chair Recalled due to Fall Hazard

Issue
The back of the chair can break or detach from the seat base when a consumer is seated in the chair, posing a fall hazard. As of February 18, 2023, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 12 reports in which the back of the chair has broken or detached from the seat base when a consumer was seated in a chair at a store, including 10 reports of injuries, including contusions, strains, numbness, bruising, and one reported concussion.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and return them to any HomeSense, Winners or Marshalls location for a refund.
