Bamboo Nursing Hoodies recalled due to Choking Hazard

The drawcord on the hoodies has small plastic caps that can be swallowed by a nursing baby, posing a choking hazard. As of March 23, 2023, the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injury.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled nursing hoodies, cut the fully extended drawstring cords and discard the cords. Consumers can also request a $75 store credit by filling out an online form and providing a photo of the cut drawstrings cords and company branding. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
