LumaRail Bed Rails recalled due to Entrapment and Asphyxiation Hazard

Issue
Users of the recalled LumaRail Bed Rails can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress, when attached to an adult's bed. The LumaRail Bed Rails pose an entrapment and asphyxiation hazard. As of March 28, 2023, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Consumers should immediately stop using the LumaRail Bed Rails and contact Platinum Health for a free repair kit. For more information, consumers can contact Platinum Health by telephone at 1-833-408-0509 from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, by email at bedrails@realtimeresults.net , or online at www.recallrtr.com/bedrails or visit the company website www.platinumhealthllc.com . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
