Philips has become aware of a software login issue associated with specific models of Mobilediagnost wDR systems running on Windows 10 operating system preventing use of the system. This issue occurred because the software certificate protecting the Eleva user login expired on May 15, 2023. Therefore, if the customer logs out or reboots the system, they will be prevented from logging in. The issue is in regard to expiry of 6 certificates of Eleva software by 14th May 2023. Eleva systems is unable to function after these dates. Due to the Eleva certificate expiry, the system will not be able to log in and therefore rendering the system non-usable.
