Health Canada’s sampling and evaluation program has determined that this product does not meet the Cosmetics Regulations in Canada. Specifically, the cosmetics failed to meet the labelling requirements. As of June 9, 2023, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and return the product to EBIN New York to receive a refund. For more information, consumers can contact EBIN NEW YORK by email at cs@ebinnewyork.com . Operating hours are between 9am to 6PM EST. Please note that, in addition to the requirements of the Cosmetic Regulation the Food and Drugs Act (FDA) prohibits the sale of cosmetics that are either made with hazardous substances, or under unsanitary conditions, to users in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
