Issue
The fin on the shark consists of a hard plastic and may cause laceration if a child falls on the toy. As of June 7, 2023, the company has received no reports or injuries of laceration in Canada.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and dispose of the product appropriately. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
