STA-BIL Fuel Stabilizer recalled due to Improper Labelling

Issue
The recalled products do not meet the labelling requirements of the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. The lack of appropriate labelling information could result in unintentional exposure to the products and lead to serious illness or injury. As of June 19, 2023, the company has received no reports of injuries in Canada.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled fuel stabilizer and either return the product to Amazon.ca for a refund or dispose of the product according to municipal hazardous waste guidelines. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
