Issue
The use of these restraint systems in a motor vehicle could increase the risk of injury in the event of a collision. These car seats do not display Transport Canada’s National Safety Mark and therefore may have not been certified to meet the safety requirements of the Motor Vehicle Restraint Systems and Booster Seats Safety Regulations . The use of these restraints in a motor vehicle would be considered illegal under provincial and territorial highway regulations. As of June 16, 2023, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled car seats and safely dispose of them in such a way that they cannot be used again. Consumers can contact the company to obtain a refund.
