TJX Canada recalls all Vila Hermanos and Fragrance Works ANTIGA 1860 brand reed diffusers due to lack of hazard information

The recalled products do not meet the labelling requirements for consumer chemical products required by the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001, under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. The lack of appropriate labelling information could result in unintentional exposure to the product and lead to serious illness or injury, including death. As of June 30, 2023, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Labelling and packaging

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and return to any HomeSense, Winners or Marshalls for a refund. For more information, consumers can contact TJX Canada by telephone toll-free at 1-800-646-9466, Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, or by visiting the Winners , HomeSense , or Marshalls websites. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
