Certain treadmills may accelerate forwards or backwards without notice. It may occur during initialization of the treadmill and within the first seconds of sending the start belt command. Also, the treadmill may come to a controlled yet unexpected stop. If the patient is standing on the belt, the patient may fall and suffer an injury. Recall start date: May 24, 2023
