Mastercraft, Profusion Heat, Prestige, and Matrix Portable Garage Heaters recalled due to fire hazard

The recalled heaters can overheat, posing a burn and fire hazard. As of August 17, 2023, H.E. Industrial Ltd. has received 10 reports of the product overheating, with 3 incidents of the product catching fire and damaging property in Canada. No injuries were reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and return it to the place of purchase for store credit or to obtain a replacement unit. Proof of purchase is not required.
