Rathburn Venetian Accent Mirrors recalled due to laceration hazard

Issue
The adhesive may fail causing the mirror to detach from the frame resulting in the mirror falling and shattering, posing a laceration hazard. As of August 10, 2023, the company has received 3 reports of mirrors detaching from their frames in Canada, and no reports of injuries.

What to do
Consumers should immediately review the label pasted on the backboard of the mirror and locate the production date. If the production date is August 2019 or September 2019, consumers should stop using the recalled accent mirrors and contact the company for a refund.
