The tires may not retain inflation pressure on some rims. This may result in bead unseating and rapid air loss, and result in potential loss of bicycle control, posing fall and injury hazards. As of August 23, 2023, the company has received no report of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 1 report of incident and injury.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact Pirelli Tire LLC for a refund or replacement. For more information, consumers can contact Pirelli Tire LLC b y telephone toll-free at 1-800-622-2390 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ‎ EST Monday through Friday, by email or visit the company’s website . Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Pirelli Tire LLC. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
