A-IPOWER Inverter Generator 7100/5700 WATT model GXS7100IRDC recalled due to electrical hazard

The recalled generators are missing a connection between the generator frame and one conductor of the output circuit. This is a requirement for the Canadian Standards Association’s CSA C22.2 No. 100 safety standard and could pose an electrical hazard. As of November 17, 2023, the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injuries in Canada.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled generators and return it to Costco or call 1-888-426-7826 to arrange a pick-up.
