The windows’ sash can detach from the frame and fall, posing an injury hazard to consumers. As of December 19, 2023 the company has received no reports of falling window sashes in Canada, and no reports of injury. In the United States, the company has received 3 reports of a falling window sashes and no reports of injury.

Consumers should keep the recalled Pella Architect Series Casement Windows shut and locked at all times and contact Pella to receive a free repair by a Pella designated service technician.
