The company has received reports of beds breaking, sagging, or collapsing during use, posing an injury hazard to the user. As of January 8, 2024, the company has received 22 reports of beds failing in Canada and 4 reports of injuries . In the United States, the company has received 126 reports of beds failing and 32 injuries.
