Ambu have received input from market where Ambu® Aview 2 advance was dropped and upon impact hitting the floor the lithium-ion battery in the device short-circuited and combusted whereby smoke and flames was seen. No harm to patient, user or third party has been reported in any of the cases. Recall start date: August 13, 2023
