Health Canada warns that FeraDyne Outdoors Rhino Tree Stand Safety Harnesses may pose a fall hazard

Based on the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recall , testing determined the safety harness does not comply with voluntary industry safety standard, ASTM F2337-21, and the stitching can rip, posing a fall hazard to the user.

What to do
Consumers who have the affected product should immediately stop using it. Regularly check the Healthy Canadians Recalls and Safety Alerts database for dangerous products and take action to remove items of concern. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of these products or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
