Proline Powerseal Cyanoacrylate Adhesive and Activator recalled due to Improper Packaging and Labelling

The recalled products do not meet the packing and labelling requirements of the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act . The products were designed and labelled for professional or trade users and should have been sold to industrial customers only. However, these products were sold to retail consumers. The professional grade product, which lacks child-resistant packaging and appropriate hazard labelling information, could lead to serious illness, injury or death. As of February 16, 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
