GT LaBomba Bicycles and Framesets Recalled Due to Fall Hazard

The bicycle headtube/downtube can separate from the frame, posing a fall hazard to the rider. As of March 7, 2024, the company has received no reports of bicycle headtube/downtube separating from the frame in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 1 report of the weld being damaged and no reports of injuries.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled GT LaBomba bicycle or frameset and take it to the nearest authorized GT dealer for a free replacement frame.
