There have been 22 complaints of reported communication errors with the Hugo™ Ras System. Medtronic determined that the errors were caused by specific ports on a network switch located on the back of the Hugo™ tower. The communication errors can present in a variety of ways and may be intermittent, but the system always alerts the user of an error.
