Yamaha PA-10B AC Power Adapter recalled due to electric shock hazard

A crack can occur between the PA-10B AC Power Adapter’s upper and lower cases. The upper and lower cases can separate completely and expose electrical wiring, posing an electric shock hazard to consumers. As of April 5, 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled power adapter and contact Yamaha Music Canada to receive a replacement. For more information, consumers can contact Yamaha Music Canada at their website to request a replacement product. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
