BISSELL® brand Steam Shot™ Handheld Steam Cleaner recalled due to potential burn hazard

Steam or hot water may escape from the recalled Steam Shot™ Handheld Steam Cleaner while heating or during use, posing a burn hazard. As of August 31, 2024, the company has received 44 reports of incidents in Canada, and 37 reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received 330 reports of incidents and 276 reports of injuries.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Steam Shot™ Handheld Steam Cleaner and contact BISSELL to obtain a new replacement model or a digital credit for BISSELL Canada.
