A small cylindrical metal insert located in the pre-drilled holes of the product's wood frame can come loose, posing a potential risk of choking. As of July 1, 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 2 reports of incidents and no reports of injuries.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Jeune French Contemporary Upholstered Panel Crib and contact RH for a replacement crib or a full refund of the purchase price.
