A voluntary recall was initiated for a certain lot of Titan Scaler Tip-Perio (part number# 261669) specifically packaged with Blis-Sonic Scaler (part number# 264563) lot# 4874201 distributed between March 06, 2024 through May 10, 2024. This recall is initiated because it was discovered during production testing that the tip holder portion of the scaler tip assembly may have an oversized condition that will not allow the scaler tip to stay seated in the holder.
