The T-bar in the front of the product can dislodge and pose a fall hazard if the child is not secured using the primary belt restraint. As of July 3 rd , 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 9 reports of the T bar being dislodged or becoming loose and 2 reports of injuries, including one of a child being injured after falling from the chair while not wearing the high chair’s primary belt restraint.
