It has been identified that an incorrect sub-component, FRT240-HEX, was used in place of the FRT250-HEX during assembly. If such an FRT250 cartridge is used in surgery, it will not function correctly for the retrieval of the Fassier-Duval female component. Recall Start Date: July 4, 2024
