The company identified a potential safety hazard posing an impact injury hazard to the user’s arm associated with the 5 lb grip handle when used with weight loads exceeding 55 lbs. As of October 15, 2024, the company has received no incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 4 incident reports and no reports of injuries.
