A customer reported a broken front chain on the DR 800 and the spring package came out from the table. There was no reported harm to users or patients during this event. There have been no additional reported events. The supplier determined the front lever chain of the table might present a reduction in reliability over time. The potential risks have been evaluated by the supplier and the supplier initiated a field safety corrective action. Recall Start Date: July 29, 2024
