BANG Fish Attractants recalled due to improper labelling

Issue
The recalled products do not have the proper consumer chemical labelling as required by the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001, under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. The lack of appropriate labelling information could result in unintentional exposure to the products and lead to serious illness or injury. As of September 4, 2024 the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

What to do
Consumers should i mmediately stop using the recalled product and dispose of it according to municipal hazardous waste guidelines. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
