Lucid square tufted platform beds recalled due to fall and injury hazards

The recalled beds can break, sag or collapse during use, posing fall and injury hazards to consumers. As of September 17, 2024, the company has received 11 reports of bed failures in Canada, and no reports of injury. In the United States, the company has received 246 reports of the beds breaking, sagging or collapsing during use with 18 reports of injury including contusions and bruises.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled beds and contact Lucid for a free replacement product. Consumers must send a photo of the bed, as well as a photo of the support rails on the underside of the bed or a photo of the law label to recall@lucidmattress.com to receive their replacement product.
