Various MG Chemicals Industrial Strength products recalled due improper labelling and lack of child-resistant packaging

The recalled products do not meet the labelling and child-resistant packaging requirements required by the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act . The lack of child-resistant packaging presents a risk of unintentional exposure, which could lead to serious illness or injury, including death. As of September 23, 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
