ROCYJULIN Area Rugs recalled due to flammability hazard

Health Canada has determined that the area rugs do not meet the flammability requirements for textile floor coverings and pose flammability risk to consumers. As of Sept 19, 2024, ROCYJULIN has not received any reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the area rugs and contact ROCYJULIN for an updated safety manual and carpet self-cutting or disposal compensation. For more information, consumers can email JOCYJULIN at renchengjiu2022@163.com , Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, China Standard Time (Eastern Time). Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
