The recalled products do not meet the child-resistant container requirements for vaping products required by the Vaping Products Labelling and Packaging Regulations under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. Vaping substances containing nicotine present a poisoning risk if they are ingested. Inappropriate packaging and labelling can lead to unintentional exposure to the product and cause serious illness or injuries, including death. As of October 15, 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and dispose of the product.
