Melii Silicone Spoons recalled due to choking hazard

Issue
The silicone spoons may crack and break apart while in use, posing a potential choking hazard to children. As of October 18, 2024 the company has received four incident reports with no injuries in Canada.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact Melii Baby Inc. for a replacement set. For more information, consumers can contact Melii Baby Inc. by telephone at 1-855-492-4470 Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, by email at care@meliibaby.com or visit the company website www.meliibaby.com Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
