A software bug was reported by a user site. The end user noticed a discrepancy between the values of a number of additional data displayed in MS Word format compared with what is printed, including what is displayed in the PDF report after validation. When the problem occurs, the PDF report that can be consulted by prescribers does not include the latest updated values of additional data. Recall start date: October 15, 2024
