Medline has initiated a recall due to defects on pouches that could compromise the device's ability to maintain a sterile barrier. Additionally, patches of burnt or cracked polyethylene have been identified on the inside face of the primary packaging that could also compromise sterility. Recall start date: October 31, 2024
