Scorpion EXO-C90 and Harley-Davidson HD-X06 motorcycle helmets recalled due to physical hazard

Issue
During random testing of the product, two samples were found to be non-compliant with the retention system requirements set forth in FMVSS No. 218, posing a physical hazard to the user. As of November 14, 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled helmets and contact ScorpionExo for a replacement product. For more information, consumers can contact ScorpionExo by telephone at 1-888-672-6774, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) from Monday through Friday , by email at service@scorpionusa.com or visit the company website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
