ePuffer vaping substances recalled due to lack of appropriate labelling

Issue
The recalled products do not meet the labelling requirements for vaping products as required by the Vaping Products Labelling and Packaging Regulations under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act . Vaping substances containing nicotine present a poisoning risk if they are ingested. Inappropriate labelling can lead to unintentional exposure to the product and cause serious illness or injuries, including death. As of November 22, 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and dispose of them.
