Olympus has identified via customer feedback that the carton packaging of two (2) specific lots; SM405666, JB362646, of Duravent Silicone Ventilation Tubes may contain incorrect product, specifically, 1.32mm Tiny T Tubes (model: 70240076) instead of the intended Duravent Silicone Ventilation Tubes. The inner sterile clamshell packaging correctly identifies the product within; however, it may not match the product identified on the carton label. No injuries or adverse events have been reported to Olympus as a result of the packaging error. Recall Start Date: November 19, 2024
