MEC Men’s Borderlands pant recalled due to mould hazard

The recalled products were found to contain mould. Mould may pose a health risk to individuals with compromised immune systems, damaged lungs or an allergy to mould. As of November 28, 2024, the company has received no reports of injuries in Canada.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and return to Mountain Equipment Company (MEC) for a full refund.
