During an investigation, it was found there was a mixing of both Part A (Initiator) and Part B (Fluoride) solutions in either compartment of the L-pop. The mixing led to a decrease in the pH, a detectable odor and poor adhesion of the sealed L-pop. Recall Start Date: November 27, 2024
