During product complaint review (July 2024), Stryker has identified an issue that impacts specific lots of Blueprint® Mixed Reality Glenoid Pin Guides. For the impacted pins guides, the metallic tube may disassemble from the plastic handle. This can result in the Blueprint Mixed Reality headset from being able to detect the Blueprint Mixed Reality Glenoid Pin Guide. Recall Start Date: November 26, 2024
