The lithium -ion batteries can overheat, posing a potential fire and burn hazard As of November 28, 2024, the company has received 1 report of a thermal incident and no reports of injury in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 100 reports of thermal events including 8 reports of minor burns and/or smoke inhalation.
