Demsun A36 cyanoacrylate adhesive and activator recalled due to improper packaging and labelling

The recalled products do not have the proper consumer chemical labelling and the child-resistant packaging required by the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. Although the products were designed and labelled for professional or trade users, they were made available to consumers, which could result in unintended exposure to these products and lead to serious illness or injury, or death. As of December 23, 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and dispose of them according to municipal hazardous waste guidelines .
