As of February 28, 2025, the company has received 1 report of an incident that resulted in minor property damage in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received 5 reports of incidents where some resulted in property damage and 1 report of a minor burn.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled APOTHEKE Pumpkin Ginger 3 Wick Candles sold between June 2024 and January 2025 from batch CB-240603. Consumers should complete the Product Feedback Form online at https://apothekeco.com/pages/candlerecall to receive a credit or refund. Consumers can also reach out to recall@apothekeco.com , and they will receive a response from Customer Service requesting a receipt or a photo of the candle with a picture of the date on a piece of paper. Customer Service can also be reached at 718-596-1534 between 9 am and 5 pm EST Monday through Friday.
