Health Canada has determined that this product does not meet the Cribs, Cradles and Bassinets Regulations in Canada creating the potential for fall and entrapment hazards. Health Canada reminds parents and caregivers that the safest place for a baby to sleep is on their back on a firm, flat surface intended for sleep. As of March 20, 2025, the company has received no report of incidents or injuries in Canada .
