Crystal E-Liquid recalled due to lack of child-resistant packaging

Issue
The recalled products do not meet the packaging requirements for vaping products as required by the Vaping Products Labeling and Packaging Regulations under the Canada Consumer Products Safety Act. Vaping substances containing nicotine present a poisoning risk if they are ingested. Inappropriate packaging such as missing child-resistant closures can lead to unintentional exposure to the product and cause serious illness or injuries, including death. As of April 22, 2025 , the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and dispose of them in normal household waste . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
